 Eur'Egide : a Project and Values

" When I decided to create Eur'Egide in 1983, Patrick Krasensky was the only person around the table who shared my Project vision and its Values :

Creating a company : turning a dream into reality and sharing the dream, motivating and co-ordinating teams and stimulating people's desires.
A different approach to consulting : getting people to perform, instead of performing in the client's place.
Providing strategic coaching to the Top Management of major companies.
Outlining situations and practices : giving direction and meaning to the creation of value.
Designing and developing new solutions, drawing up a learning and downshifting training program : getting company people totally behind the project, going beyond simple process improvement.
I have the firm belief that :

The law of maximum profit is no longer sufficient to allow a company to live.
Cold, hard management, in which people are seen as interchangeable resources has shown its limits.
Unless we want to join the " Dinosaur's Club ", we can longer accept the incessant lobbying of those who " draw off the Earth's resources ".


 For nearly 20 years now, I have worked in pursuit of the following guiding principles : 
1.
By involving people in the major company decisions, they contribute to the company's service quality and its financial results.
2. The ability of managers to communicate their energy requirements to their teams is essential. Rating institutes confirm this : Financial results are proportional to the Energy deployed by managers.
3. Fortunately, everyone today, whether an individual or a company, is able to make choices, to ensure respect for their " environment " within a so-called " socially-responsible " management context. Now is the time to awaken our thoughts, to get our neurones working in order to discover other possibilities. Ecology is basically a love of life.
Since the very beginning of Eur'Egide, these three guiding principles have been the constant driving force behind any actions undertaken in coaching the management teams of major companies in the implementation of their strategies.
