The fundamental aim is to obtain anonymous individual feedback on people's perceptions of the working methods operating within the company. This work is carried out in group-panel mode, in order to ensure optimum staff category representation.
The qualitative data collection system makes it easier for people to express their position in a group situation, by eliminating interference from superiors and/or other people (people respond via an individual switchbox linked to a master server, thus ensuring total anonymity).
Simple and fun, this user-friendly method enables all members of a group to state their reaction to a given situation and to compare this with the general opinion of the group.
Diacom constitutes a real self-diagnosis tool. It allows for in-depth exchange and sharing, and provides the launch-pad for questioning established practices and for triggering movement.
